Bistrots de terroir

As you enter one of the establishments that displays the "bistrot de terroir" logo you are sure of enjoying an unusual and welcoming experience, based on the region in which it is located... for this is exactly what the "bistrot de terroir" network was set up to offer !

To become a member of this network, the establishment must meet a number of criteria, including offering a warm welcome, providing tourist information and of course, serving top-quality local produce.

You can expect a "bistrot de terroir" to :

  • offer at least three regional specialities on its menu, plus a local speciality dish (for restaurants);
  • make efforts to ensure the origin and quality of the regional products used;
  • promote the wealth of local tourist attractions to its customers;
  • be registered with the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain(FASFC).
